I photographed Robert Duvall and his wife, Sharon Brophy, at the 1989 Emmy Awards at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium. Duvall was one of the most respected actors of his generation, with a career that shaped American film and television for decades. It was an honor to capture this moment.
